Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room inventory for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and proactive solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies accurately
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed records and generate daily reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS software (Opera, Fidelio) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages a plus
