Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and anticipate needs proactively
- Process payments and manage billing transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Upsell room upgrades, amenities, and local experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
- Execute emergency procedures with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask during high-volume periods
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Positive attitude with genuine hospitality passion
