Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using our property management system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as local resource for guests recommending attractions and dining
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
