Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests via phone/email/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards while resolving guest concerns
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and transportation
