Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional greetings to all guests arriving at the hotel
- Efficiently check-in/out guests using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero experience required – we train all team members
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
