Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Manage room assignments and optimize occupancy rates
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and special requests

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (required for errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
