Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Manage billing processes and resolve payment discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Process mail, packages, and valet services
- Operate PMS systems (e.g., Opera, RoomMaster) with precision
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
