Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Uphroom safety and security protocols
- Process mail/packages and maintain lobby appearance
- Support concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Wichita attractions and transportation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
