Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/out with efficiency and personalized service
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and dining experiences
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly valued
- Knowledge of Boston attractions and transportation
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if required for errands)
