Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences with warm, professional interactions
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and conflict resolution with discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams for guest requests
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance daily transactions
- Upsell resort amenities and packages to enhance guest stays
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Spanish language skills a plus
