Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving and local expertise
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, and room assignments
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate folios
- Collaborate with housekeeping and concierge teams for seamless service
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or high-end hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record (for airport runs)
- Spanish language fluency highly preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
