Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
