Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and VIP requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information in PMS systems
- Upsell premium rooms, suites, and resort amenities to maximize revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada Gaming License (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
