Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Uphroom cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Act as local Milwaukee ambassador for guest recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with cash handling accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and events a plus
