Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues
- Utilize property management systems to optimize room inventory
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable service delivery
- Support concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish fluency a strong plus
