Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (highly valued)
- TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
