Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room occupancy rates
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with personalized service solutions
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell premium amenities and packages to enhance revenue
- Maintain organized front desk operations and documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if transportation needed)
