Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS software
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Handle emergency situations following company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
