Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with exceptional service
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Market resort amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, RoomRack)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for financial transactions
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
