- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with exceptional problem-solving skills

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Assist with reservation management and room availability tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
