Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with discretion
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Utilize property management software (Opera/PMS) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- 0-2 years customer service or front desk experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn PMS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
