- Deliver outstanding guest service through check-in/out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions with precision
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using our CRM system
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak and off-peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- 0-2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
