Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and room availability in real-time
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Process payments, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Assist with valet services and concierge tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
