Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency
- Process reservations, payments, and billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain meticulous documentation of guest preferences and feedback
- Execute emergency procedures and security protocols as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
