Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while verifying reservations and payment methods
- Manage multi-line phone system and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for reservations and guest profiles
- Uphold brand standards through personalized service and problem resolution
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in luxury hotel setting
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable
