Responsibilities
- Greets guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and assists with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manages the front desk switchboard and directs incoming calls efficiently.
- Handles guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and poise.
- Maintains the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assists with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Processes payments and manages the cash drawer accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly preferred.
