As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable experience. We pride ourselves on our rich history and exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and collecting payment information.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, transferring to appropriate departments.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with patience, empathy, and a focus on resolution.
- Process reservations and maintain accurate guest history files.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
