Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera) for efficient operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as the primary communication hub for guest concerns and emergencies
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of front desk or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with financial transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
