Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor, managing the front desk reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests, verifying identification and collecting payments.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and transactions in the property management system.
- Handle inquiries regarding building amenities, local attractions, and services with accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant hospitality experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
