Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Process reservations using Opera property management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and special packages
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
