Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and manage billing
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Promote resort amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) with proficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
