Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Handle guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards and promote hotel amenities/services
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
