Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Execute upselling techniques for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera PMS a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
