Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Manage room assignments, key distribution, and luggage assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest needs
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Chinese) highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
