Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel software
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery
- Assist with concierge services and local area information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel systems
