Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy through upselling techniques
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and concierge teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records using resort management systems
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with precision
- Conduct daily audits of front desk operations and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- AAA Five-Diamond service standards knowledge preferred
