Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and concierge support
- Manage room assignments, billing inquiries, and payment processing with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using conflict resolution techniques
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records using property management systems
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Assist with VIP guest arrangements and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid New Mexico driver's license preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
