Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Perform nightly audits and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
