What You Will Do
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and room assignments.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Manage the front desk operations during weekends, including handling walk-ins and coordinating with housekeeping.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment, greeting every guest with a smile and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash handling and credit card transactions in compliance with company policy.
Who You Are
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or receptionist roles is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in property management systems (PMS) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, polished appearance.
