Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for guests with exceptional efficiency
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and exceed service expectations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia tourism assets
- Spanish language skills a plus
