Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out procedures with attention to detail
- Reservation management via Opera/PMS systems
- Multi-tasking phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upholding brand standards during all interactions
- Emergency response protocol execution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility with rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
