- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Coordinate housekeeping services for guest room turnovers and public areas
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and guest communications
Qualifications
