Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out procedures with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and modify bookings using Opera property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies to maximize room revenue and ancillary services
- Maintain lobby area appearance and ensure cleanliness standards are met
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and local area attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
