Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Greet all guests with a warm, professional welcome and address inquiries or complaints with empathy and urgency.
- Process payments and handle all billing inquiries accurately and securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
