Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Process mail/packages and assist with luggage services
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if airport transfers needed)
