Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes with a smile.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries regarding room availability, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Handle guest requests, including room service, housekeeping coordination, and resolving minor complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in inventory management of front office supplies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn PMS software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training!
