Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Process reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms/services
- Maintain comprehensive guest preference records
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Kansas hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and events
