Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation modifications and optimize room allocation
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) for daily operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid NY State driver's license (if required for errands)
