Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional guest check-in/check-out services
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to brand standards
- Assist with luggage handling and guest inquiries
- Monitor and maintain public area cleanliness
- Process payments and manage billing systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Participate in weekly staff training sessions
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy (point-of-sale systems)
