Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments while maximizing occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Operate switchboard and manage multi-line phone systems
- Assist with administrative tasks including report generation
Qualifications
